Worm-screw trace-amount dispensing valve is driven by the rotor of motor and forms a fixed geometry with the rotor and stator, thus realizing fixed fluid flow metering at constant volume and steady pressure; suitable for applications with glue that contains wearing materials with medium to high viscosity. The two-component system consists of two independent eccentric worm-screw trace-amount dispensing valves for synchronized metering and mixing, and can be combined with an automatic 3-axis robot for mass production.
