Wason Technology Product Introduction - Chapter 2: PU Potting machine
In addition to devoting itself to the R&D and production of dispensing robots, Wason Technology has been specializing in the development of foaming processes. In Chapter 2 of our product introduction, we are going to talk about our PU Dispensers.
Compared to the common two component AB dispenser, the PU dispenser (polyurethane foam molding machine) requires much higher technical sophistication. Not only does it require high-speed mixing within a short period of time, precise ratio control is also needed.
The PU dispenser is used in a wide range of applications. Most of the manufactured products (foams); ranging from ear plugs to pillows, are molded products. Its wide application includes floating balls, car seat cushions, buildings, shoes, or products that require noise cancellation. Aside from formed products, Wason Technology has also developed foam sealant dispensing systems (FIPFG/FIPG) which are used to coat products with glue and foam, in order to form seal or gasket rings. The technique is widely implemented in automobile, illumination, and electronic industries.
Wason Technology has accumulated extensive experience and developed sophisticated technology regarding measuring and mixing systems. Having overcome different manufacturing process conditions, including issues with rigid and soft foam, the PU dispenser can significantly reduce product defect rate and achieve lean production through precise ratio adjustment and even mixing. Relevant loading and unloading, as well as AOI measures can be implemented to guarantee dispensing quality.
All two-component PU dispenser models currently available include G360/G380, G460, G480; among which the G360/380 is most popular. Clients are welcome to choose the model that best suits their needs.
